- From the Admin console,go to Users.
- Above the Users list, click Add a filter and choose User status.
- Check the Suspended box and click Apply.
- In the Users list, click the suspended user’s name to go to their account page.
- At the top right, click Reactivate.
Click Reactivate to confirm.
