1. From the Admin console, go to Appsand thenG Suiteand thenGmailand thenAdvanced settings.
  2. (Optional) On the left, select the organization.
  3. Scroll to the Content compliance setting in the Compliance section, 
  4. Hover over the setting, and click Configure. or click Edit or Add another
  5. For each new setting, enter a unique description.
  6. Select email messages to effect:
  7.  Add one or more expressions to specify what's searched 
  8. Specify whether any or all conditions must match to trigger what happens to the message.
  9. Click Add
  10. From the list, choose the type of match you want to use for the expression:
  11. Click Save. 
  12.  Specify what happens if expressions match
  13. Click Add Setting
  14. Click Save.
