1. From the Admin console Home page, go to Users.
  2. Point to Add new user Add and click Bulk upload user info Upload.

  3. Download the sample CSV (comma-separated values) template.
  4. Open the CSV file in a spreadsheet application, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft® Excel.
  5. Update  information in these columns in the spreadsheet:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Password
    • (Optional) Fill in the other columns only if you want. Otherwise, you can leave them blank.
  6. On the Users page, point to Add new user Add and click Bulk upload users Upload.
  7. Click Attach CSV.
  8. Click Upload.
